The Employee Engagement Champions at Barking & Dagenham College is a group made up of various members of staff from a range of business support and curriculum areas, both at the Rush Green Campus and the Technical Skills Academy, in Barking.

Our role is to communicate between the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and all college staff. We will feed information from staff to SLT, and vice versa.

We’re here to make suggestions and implement changes that will benefit staff throughout the college, and will report back to all staff regularly with updates on those changes.
